A lot of reading, a lot of podcasts, and an unhealthy amount of YouTube
When and why did you join Cookology?
Freshman Fall! I was so intimidated by how talented everyone was but it ended up being such a friendly community of people who loved food and cooking as much as I did! I joined for the opportunity to teach/write about food, but I stayed for the friends I made.
What’s your favorite food to cook/bake?
Breakfast/brunch foods in general. There’s something magical about French toast, crepes, candied bacon, waffles… ugh now I’m hungry.
Favorite Cookology memory?
Unfortunately no longer because of COVID, but the exec team used to meet up on Sunday to test recipes and cook together and eat and chill and it was a blast!
