I’m living with roommates in an apartment in Chicago.
Hobbies besides cooking/baking + favorite quarantine activity?
Other than baking, I love running, skiing, and all things outdoors! During quarantine I took on a lot of fun craft projects, including sewing 75 masks and embroidering some of my clothes (sorry mom!).
When and why did you join Cookology?
I grew up cooking and baking with my family, and food has always been important in my family. I love scrolling through Pinterest to find new recipes and learning from Tasty food videos, and I wanted to be able to share my culinary knowledge in collaboration with other foodies. This is my first quarter at Northwestern and I’m so excited to be participating in Cookology!
What’s your favorite food to cook/bake?
Banana bread. I have my banana bread recipe perfected with instructions down to the minute :) but I also love experimenting with new recipes. I’ve had (somewhat) success tackling homemade croissants and macarons recently!
